Please read carefully before registering for an ALEKS® reassessment:

Taking an ALEKS reassessment could help you save valuable time and tuition money. This is the only opportunity to improve your mathematics placement score. You have free, unlimited access to the ALEKS Learning Modules prior to taking the reassessment. By using the full opportunities afforded by the University, you will be better prepared to succeeed in your Mathematics coursework.

   Prior to Reassessment

  • Students are required to work in the learning modules, and are encouraged to complete 80% of their ALEKS pie in order to have the best chance to improve their placement score.

   Register for Reassessment

  • Complete the registration form to take a reassessment on the Kent Campus. Please take note of the time and date of your appointment, you are expected to show up and arrive on time.

  • If you need to cancel or change the date of your registration, select the "Reschedule Appointment" option and follow the directions.

   After Reassessment

  • The University will recognize your highest ALEKS placement score. The score is valid for two years. Please contact your academic advisor or college advising office to see how your new score corresponds with course placement and your program requirements.
